Innomapps suite of products provides a wide range of products which can be deployed, on a stand-alone basis or on a client-server basis, based on requirements. It uses the mobile network and internet to deliver its functionalities. It offers browser-based administration and access and enables you to set it up very easily. It additionally offers the unique advantage of being able to customize it to your requirements

Innomapps suite of products typically works on the basis of SERVICE CODES and SMS MESSAGE FORMAT. The services could be user-initiated services or system-initiated services. Each user-initiated service is assigned a service code and a SMS message format and system-initiated service is assigned a service code. These services are set up on the server by the system administrator. Any number of services can be set up on the server by the system administrator. Each service has to be assigned a service code and, if user-initiated, has to have a SMS message format.

User-initiated services are initiated by the user, while the system-initiated services are set up on the server by the system administrator. The user initiates a request based on the service code and format and the request is either processed at the server or is routed to an internal user for processing/information as required. The internal user processes the request through Innomapps mClient. System-initiated services typically run at designated intervals. However Innomapps mClient also provides tools to enable the internal user to process system-initiated requests should the same be required.
