Innomapps offers you a choice of either buying and installing the product at your premises or hosting the product on our server and connecting to your systems to provide the services.

Sales and Installation

Innomapps suite of products (except mClient) requires the following hardware to deliver its functionalities:

Computer with min. configuration of P4 500 MHz or above and 512MB RAM, preferably 1GB RAM
Linux OS
GSM Modem (with antenna)
SIM Card from any GSM mobile operator

Innomapps mClient only requires a Computer with Windows installed

The GSM modem is connected to the serial port of the machine. While Innomapps suite of products except mClient can be set up on a standalone basis, Innomapps mClient works only in conjunction with Innomapps mServer connected on the same network.

Innomapps provides the necessary documentation along with the product. Innomapps also provides installation and set-up services for its products. Innomapps also offers to design and develop the mobile applications required by the companies for providing services to their customers. Innomapps also provides customization options to its customers at an additional cost. Innomapps package also provides a two-day training programme for system administrators at an additional cost.

Service

Innomapps also offers to host the products at its own premises and provide services as required. Such cases would involve connecting to the company's systems to enable Innomapps suite of products to deliver its functionalities.
